Prayer for Peace

Dear Friends,

As many people around the world are suffering from the violence of war, please join me in praying for peace and hope.

Lord, we lift up to you the people living in Gaza, Israel, Iran, Russia, Ukraine, Sudan, Congo, Myanmar, and all the many other places across the earth where senseless death, fear, and displacement are a daily reality. Would you care for those who are suffering. Would you bring about repentance, forgiveness, and lasting peace. Would you draw people to yourself, comfort them, and give them life and hope.

"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God," (Matt. 5:9 NIV).
