Youth

an extended family for our youth

We believe it is important to the development of our youth as followers of Jesus to have adult disciples in addition to their own family in their lives, loving and accepting them for who they are, having fun together, and encouraging them to grow. For this reason, relationship is a key value for our youth group. We spend time together talking and praying, trying new things, and just laughing and being silly together. We also worship together, study the Bible and encourage each other to take risks in living out the lifestyle of Jesus, praying for others, and inviting others to discover Jesus for themselves.

 Young people also need a safe space to have questions and to be where they are in their own journey without pressure or judgment.  We aim to create a community where youth can engage in dialogue with adults, sharing their own thoughts, questions, and opinions and discovering their own relationship with Jesus for themselves.

The youth group breaks out for its own teaching time most Sundays and also meets on Friday nights. Contact us for more information about our youth group.
