Our Prayer Ministry's mission statement is to mobilize the entire church to pray, and is based on the following scriptures:
"For my house will be called a house of prayer for all nations." Isaiah 56:7
"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land." 2Chronicles 7:14
"Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results." James 5:16
Prayer brings us into a closer relationship with God. We believe God changes us, our circumstances, our community and the world when we cry out to Him. We believe that God is the head of this ministry and seek to always follow in step with what He is doing.
How To Get Involved
We have Intercessory Prayer Groups that meet at 8am and 10am every Sunday (before the services) to pray for the church, leadership, services, and to seek out what God is doing in our community. All are welcome to attend these groups.
We have a Prayer Chain that prays for the needs in our community. If you would like to be a part of this team, or if you have any prayer needs, please email jessicagrupinski@coastvineyard.org.
Personal prayer is available from our Ministry Team every Sunday during ministry time of our morning services. If you are interested in joining the Ministry Team, please contact jessicagrupinski@coastvineyard.org.
